Create the Bottom Corner

Learn how to create the bottom corner piece for the mini-rack

1. Create a new file named bottom_corner in Fusion 360

2. Create a new sketch on the XY plane, named bottom_base

3. Create the following sketch:

   

4. Extrude the body profile by 4mm:

   

5. Extrude the top tab profile by 2mm:

   

6. Create a new sketch on the top of the new part, named top_profile

   

7. Extrude the top profile to the bottom surface of the main part:

   

8. Create a new sketch on the top of the body, named side holes

   

9. Extrude the top tab:

   

10. Create a new sketch, name it ribs:

    

11. Extrude the sketch::

    

12. Create a construction plane on the top of the new rib:

    

13. Extrude the ribs sketch 20mm from the construction plane:

    

14. Extrude the sketch from the top of the body down by 4mm:

    

15. Extrude the sketch to create the holes:

    

16. Extrude the ribs sketch 4mm from the construction plane:
